Med Surg Registered Nurse

We have a full time opening for a Med/Surg RN , this is an ideal opportunity for an Registered Nurse interested in working with an outstanding team in the beautiful, family friendly community of the Carson Valley.

Position Summary for the Med/Surg Registered Nurse: Provides professional nursing care to patients utilizing established policies and procedures ensuring safe and effective care; provides age appropriate care from infant through the geriatric patient based on the population served; assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary care team; demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to Identify and meet the individual needs of all patients served.

POSITION REQUIREMENT

Minimum Education

• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing

• Current Nevada Registered Nurse license

• BLS and ACLS required

Minimum Work Experience

• Previous department specific experience preferred.

• Professional customer service skills.

• Ability to read and communicate in English, bilingual abilities preferred.
